I wanted to express our sincere appreciation for the wonderful experience thay my wife Sue and I have enjoyed while you and your excellent staff have been building our new home. The superior quality was obvious from the framing to the finishing throughout the entire construction project. Not only are the products you install amoung the best, (like Koehler) but the attention to detail and the skill of your people shines through. From our “bark” ceiling finish---even in the garage,yes! To the beauty of the hardwood floors, Craig, we could not be more pleased. Also, your flexibility when we changed our minds and your fairness in pricing of our change-orders made the personal preferences and custom appointments a delightful difference. Additionally, we simply must mention her by name, Lisa Theado may be your builder representative, but we call her friend. She was always very supportive of you and your company but we knew when we worked with her, f we had a want or a need she was on top of it. Even when she was unable to do something, she communicated with us so we were always well informed and we knew she truly cared. Your skillful leadership and her compassionate heart, make quite a team!

We modeled our house on another existing plan, but Craig allowed us to make major changes. His standard features are of such quality, we didn't find it necessary to upgrade. My biggest concern was that our baby was due the same week as the completion of the house. The house came a month ahead of schedule.

While other builders are often limited in their selection, Craig and his team are flexible about options. I asked for a custom mantle. They provided it. I asked for special outlet covers -- brass, silver, they let me choose.
